Companies need adequate and efficient processes for the collection of outstanding debts. We bring innovative processes with a quicker turnaround time, because entities cannot afford to waste time and money collecting debts.

Upon engagement, we provide a framework within which we advise clients on the method and process of collections and litigation. Our Litigation and Collections departments utilise a number of programs linked to the South African Credit Bureau to perform the requisite due diligence and to effectively trace and collect from debtors.
