Mphaho Attorneys Incorporated (practising as MA Inc.) was established by Mr Ngako Kenneth Mphaho in June 2021 and is headed by Mr Mphaho LLB (UNISA) and Miss Zakithi Tshabalala LLB (UNISA) as directors.

Mr Ngako Kenneth Mphaho – LLB (UNISA)

ADMITTED ATTORNEY – LITIGATION (CIVIL AND COMMERCIAL LAW) & LABOUR LAW

Founder and Director Ngako Kenneth Mphaho completed his LLB degree in 2016 at the University of South Africa (UNISA). He resumed his articles at Ehlers Fakude Incorporated and was later admitted as an attorney in 2018.

Kenneth then joined a boutique firm in Alberton as an associate and later a Senior Associate in the litigation department with a keen interest in Magistrates and High Court civil litigation. This passion resulted in Kenneth carving a niche in the firm by specializing in corporate and commercial litigation and municipal law. Kenneth is meticulous by nature and focuses on getting things right the first time.

Miss Z Tshabalala – LLB (UNISA)

ADMITTED ATTORNEY, CONVEYANCER and NOTARY

Zakithi Tshabalala completed her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in 2016 at the University of South Africa (UNISA). She was admitted as an attorney in 2019 after completion of her articles at Friedland Hart Solomon & Nicolson, Attorneys Conveyancers and Notaries (FHSN) in Pretoria. She pursued her passion for property law and was further admitted as a Conveyancer in 2020 and as a Notary in 2021.

Zakithi has worked as a Property and Legal Consultant as well as an Associate and Consultant focusing on property transfers, administration of estates, litigation arising from property transfers, arbitration matters, drafting of contracts as well as working on all notarial matters.

Zakithi joined MA Inc. 4 months after the firm was established and she was appointed as Director in October 2021.

Miss Lithalethu Mtshabe

LLB (WITS)

Lithalethu Mtshabe graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Wits University. She started her legal career as a candidate attorney at SJP Inc, completing her training under a vibrant litigation team. Following her admission as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa, Litha was promoted to associate at the beginning of 2016.

Litha specialised in property law and commercial litigation, including credit recoveries on behalf of major banking and financial institutions. Her success in this work led to Litha being seconded in 2017 to a large financial services firm to assist with legal and risk assessment in the legal department. After a brief venture into business, including establishing her own firm, Mtshabe Attorneys, Litha passed her specialist exams and gained admission as an attorney, notary public and a conveyancer in 2020.

Her experience in commercial litigation practice, coupled with her time in corporate and business enables Litha to offer practical legal solutions tailored for business and professionals. Litha's practice areas encompasses property law, commercial litigation, estate planning, administration of deceased estates and conveyancing.

She is currently pursuing her MBA through Wits University.
