Our litigation department has established itself as one of the firm's strongest practices, contributing half of the firm's annual revenue — a result of Mr Mphaho's extensive knowledge of the law and competitive nature. Meticulous by nature, the department focuses on getting things right the first time.

The department focuses on commercial Magistrates' Court and High Court litigation, including contractual, delictual and enrichment disputes — from letter of demand through to trial and execution.
